We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Korean to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch service to our union members. You will handle a variety of inquiries via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods, ensuring efficient resolution and satisfaction. This position serves as the primary contact for members seeking information about contracts, employment rights, and benefits. Your contributions will also include aiding in membership enrollment, navigating grievance procedures, and fostering engagement in community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to over 40 inbound calls daily, ensuring detailed documentation and follow-ups.
Process email correspondence and document requests with precision and care.
Assist members with inquiries about grievances, membership status, and benefits information, including healthcare enrollment.
Support members in enrolling and participating in training and development courses.
Engage in and promote civic activities, contributing to community enrichment.
Provide proficient translation and interpretation services to facilitate clear communication.
Job Details:
Start Date: May 10, 2024
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Training: 5-week onsite training in downtown Seattle, followed by the opportunity to work 100% remotely.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $25.65.

Candidate Profile:
Must be fluent in Korean with strong English communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (minimum 1 year).
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving.
Stable work history with solid technical and computer skills.
