We are a distinguished insurance company, specializing in Lawyers' Malpractice Insurance across five states, with a nationally recognized Court Bond program. We are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our team at our headquarters in St. Louis. This role is a blend of in-office and limited remote work, designed to offer flexibility while fostering a collaborative environment.
As a CSR, you will embark on a full-time journey, immersing yourself in the management of policies and delivering unparalleled customer support. You will become an expert in our products and services, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every customer interaction. This position requires a dynamic individual who is keen to thrive in a supportive role, aiding our dedicated sales team under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by managing policies and assisting our agency force.
Handle customer queries with efficiency and accuracy, including information input, management of quotes and policy services.
Engage with customers to address inquiries related to policy questions, amendments, and updates.
Navigate through various computer systems and software with proficiency.
Act as a pivotal link between sales and underwriting teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Qualifications:
A strong candidate will either possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license, showcasing a commitment to professional growth and expertise in the insurance field.
