About the Role: Fast-flying, intensely passionate, private aviation company seeks to hire a Customer Service Representative for our private aircraft and the clients who own/charter them. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate client services such as rental cars, hotel reservations, and catering for inbound and outbound aircraft Work closely with line service personnel and pilots to ensure all our client's needs are met Process customer purchases and fuel transactions Answer all incoming calls, while taking detailed messages when someone isn't available or transferring according to the client's needs Ensure all areas of our facility are in good, clean condition following a daily and weekly cleaning list Coordinate services for aircraft such as hangar space and fuel requests Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients, paying careful attention to clients' preferences and needs Assist other departments when needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Personal/Character Requirements: Deliver the WOW Fueled by Passion Solutions Focused Team Alignment Skills: Ability to work as part of a team and independently, in a high-stress and fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail Highly motivated and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills including Google Suites and Microsoft Office Must have an energetic, friendly & outgoing personality Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with all customers, owners, co-workers, and management Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all cases involving clients, client aircraft operations, and when dealing with sensitive or security issues Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays with on-call shifts as well Working knowledge of various computer programs such as: Google Docs, Microsoft Office and FlightBridge (Preferred but not required) Compensation: Negotiable, depending on experience Benefits: Medical benefits with partial company contribution Optional dental and vision plans Employer-paid life insurance 401K Retirement Plan with employer match options Excellent Paid Vacation/Sick Time Policies Free flights on some unoccupied trips
