Position – Customer Service
Job Location – Green Bay, WI
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Starting Pay – $17-19 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities
Provide customer service and sales support for incoming calls
Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day
Process customer transactions, schedule orders and respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications
HSD or equivalent
Previous sales experience preferred
Proficient data entry & typing skills
Able to problem solve and multitask
