The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of ensuring a seamless, notable customer experience, so the right individual for the job is a communications aficionado, is passionate about being in a service-based role, and thrives in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities:
Engage directly with potential customers by addressing inquiries about our products and services Manages customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to order requests Suggests product solutions tailored to meet individual customer requirements Gather and evaluate customer information to generate product or service reports. Collaborates with the team to achieve collective goals and objectives Stays updated on our product offerings to provide accurate information and maintain a competitive advantage against competitors Executes any additional tasks as delegated. Requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is highly regarded At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or applicable role involving direct customer contact is required  Positive mentality and solution-focused attitude Has a basic understanding of customer service principles including listening to the customers, building relationships, knowing the product, and making every interaction count Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism Must be able to function as part of a team as well as independently #Li-Onsite
