Job summary
Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) available for our Managed Care Department located in Bellingham.Assisting patients to access & establish medical care, and other related services.Strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional customer service experience required.

Responsibilities
• Proactively contacting customers and assisting in scheduling their initial appointment.• Answering questions regarding online application processes.• Providing linkage to various services and programs.• Maintaining strict confidentiality.• Meeting established goals and deadlines.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.• Experience in social services, healthcare, case management, or patient accounts is a plus.• Computer skills with emphasis on MS Excel and Word.• Fluent in both written and oral English and Spanish.• Able to work between 11 am to 8 pm on Saturdays.• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
