The J. Nissi Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its PraiseBanners division. We have designed and manufactured banners and signs for the church market for over 30 years! As a part of our sales team, you will receive incoming phone calls to make sure customers get what they need. You will also monitor live chat and addresses customer service issues.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Your primary responsibilities will involve fielding customer phone calls and entering orders into our system. You will help customers find what they need on our website and sometimes in person, helping enter details to ensure the timely and accurate production of customer orders both stock and custom. You will monitor live chat software and help with customer service needs as they arise.
