AppleOne has partnered with a stable company, in Orange County and they're actively seeking a stellar customer service representative. The quality candidate will manage customer questions regarding retail product. Attention to detail will be key as the representative will be processing orders, and attend any escalating complaints.
Responsibilities:
• Answering calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Processing orders forms
• Detail oriented and a self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
• Understand the product in order to answer questions
• Enter detail notes regarding every interaction with customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
