Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Rep for a client located near 45 north & Rankin rd!
Job Duties: Responsible for processing shipments and all related activities for an assigned base of accounts. The individual will have contact with clients on a daily basis. He/she must be proactive in providing quality client service and have the ability to handle pressure and responsibility in a fast pace environment, in a timely and affective manner. Prepare documentation, dock receipts, etc. Track and trace cargo as necessary to insure proper movement and delivery. Communicate & correspond with other Company branches and agents for client satisfaction, and ensure excellent service execution. Requirements: must have shipping and recieving experience 1-2 yrs customer service rep experience 1-2 yrs multitasking & multiple phone lines experience type at least 34 wpm  Import/Export experience a plus Schedule: mon-Fri 8am-5pm  If interested Apply Now and call Show phone number Houston northwest Branc h!
