We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Service BDC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while providing exceptional customer service. The work schedule for this position is from 9am to 6pm, Monday-Friday, with one Saturday per month on a rotating basis.
