We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Service BDC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while providing exceptional customer service. The work schedule for this position is from 9am to 6pm, Monday-Friday, with one Saturday per month on a rotating basis. When scheduled to work on a Saturday, the employee will be given a day off during the week to ensure a consistent five-day work week.What We Offer :Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) planCareer ProgressionCommunity InvolvementPaid Vacation DaysAnnual Christmas PartyAnnual Christmas Bonus (based on tenure)Employee Vehicle Purchase ProgramEmployee Discounts on Parts and ServiceEmployer Paid Lunches Every SaturdayProduction Bonuses with huge potential earningsResponsibilities :Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.Efficiently schedule service appointments for customers, coordinating with their preferred Service Advisor to ensure smooth service department operations.Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up and retention purposes.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service through attentive listening and courteously providing accurate information.Coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure that service appointments are properly scheduled and customers are informed of any changes or delays.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and objectives.Requirements :High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's License.Capacity to adhere to your assigned shift.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with computers and software applications.Automotive industry experience a plus, but not mandatory.If you're a self-starter with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a desire to succeed, we want to hear from you.
