Title: Customer Service Rep I Work Location: Springfield, MO 65804 Duration: 12 months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently review and resolve assigned cases using established policies and procedures.
Review and evaluate transaction information and compare it against known risk flags
Escalate risky or complex cases using established guidelines
Review identified quality errors for needed corrections and update associated cases with corrected information.
Adhere to established productivity and quality metrics.
