Responsibilities
• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio• Escalate issues to management if unable to resolve with customer• Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound customer sales calls• Respond professionally and accurately to customers' needs• Interact with customers to confirm information and handle complaints• Handle and count currency and cash handling activities• Balance individual batch receipts and assist with resolving discrepancies• Perform customer verifications and process transactions• Comply with regulations and company policies• Complete compliance trainings and other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience• 1+ year(s) of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously• Must have own personal reliable transportation• Ability and willingness to embrace core values• Physical demands include cash handling, phone usage, and standing• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs• Must be able to travel to assigned stores and work scheduled shifts
