About The Role The successful CSR possesses a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and is well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers, technical and operational teams. This position ensures that all customer order specifications and expectations are understood throughout the company while actively pursuing additional value+ opportunities. The CSR must be able to perform their duties with minimal supervision and communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, customers, sales representatives and production personnel.
The role of this person is full commitment to excellence in OHSE and Quality. This position also is committed to quality through each employee, our system and in our processes and products.
Principal Accountabilities Manage order processing from order entry to order closing Validate and confirm order price to customer according to pricing rules and bill accordingly Establish and manage all aspects of the relationship to local customer affiliates Input firm orders and capacity reservations defined Production Planning rules Invoice Product & Services according to agreement with customers - finance Participate/organize internal pre-production meetings and use understanding of technical requirements on inks, substrates and finishing techniques to guide projects to successful execution. Process orders accurately and quickly considering material utilization and manufacturing efficiencies; communicate special instructions to scheduling, production and shipping Support the specification and ordering of materials and outsourced services for carton production ( inks, substrate and finishing) Able to marshal the appropriate resources to ensure their client's work is executed and can clearly identify when to seek assistance from internal experts when customer specification changes occur. Handle non conformity communication Participate in regional cross-functional teams and facilitate local cross-functional sessions Value Plus activities. Actively enter actions in sf.com at local level according to Sf.com guidelines. Actively reduce/avoid cost leakages on local level, e.g., transportation costs, stocks, payments, order intake vs. commitment Complete month end activities at local level (e.g. KPI, statistics…) Manage local legal order and delivery requirements Undertake Customer Service role - receive orders, pricing, customer liaison Team Member in CI-driven projects. Business Support Activities Monthly rolling FC upload in Excel/MIS Prepare and Maintain Monthly reports to send to Customer: Sales report, MTP, Origination related Create actions in SFDC Upload meeting notes, agreements, contracts, etc in SFDC Analysis and information sheets (volume-value analysis, die structures produced per site) Understand the OHSE obligations, actively support the policy and implement the guiding principles in everyday activities. Understands Quality objectives and policy, actively support the policy and implement the guiding principles in everyday activities. Assists with various projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree Preferred Apprenticeship / Training / appropriate professional experience (years) 2 to 3 years in a Customer Service respectively Internal Sales environment Specialized knowledge: Folding Carton Operations, Planning or CSR experience 5+ years, negotiation skills PC-knowledge : MS Office Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Behaviors Presentation skills - To be able to communicate in a professional way with local affiliate key contacts, friendly, representative style, self-assured Flexibility cope with frequent change of issues and priorities well and quickly Team working result oriented interaction with team Negotiation skills convincing, result oriented, persistent Planning skills : result oriented, organized Communication open, good listener, empathic Independence independent working, self-assured Conflict management skills: stress resistant, strong personality, tolerant, experienced Strong organization skills Physical Requirements This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, stooping, standing, and/or reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching with hands and arms, hearing and speaking. Use of close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus. Manual dexterity is required. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
