Our team is expanding, and we are looking for Customer Service Specialists who are eager to provide exceptional service to our members and potential members through both inbound and outbound communication channels.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline for engaging with our members, addressing their needs, and ensuring they have a positive experience with every interaction. This role involves assisting members with account updates, product inquiries, membership details, and more, fostering a relationship built on trust and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, thoughtful, and timely answers.
Strengthen and retain member relationships through meaningful dialogue.
Stay informed on our products, services, and promotional offerings to provide relevant solutions to customer needs.
Handle customer concerns with empathy, patience, and attention to detail, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Work collaboratively with team members to foster an environment of learning and growth.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, especially in handling inquiries over the phone, is highly valued.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Comfortable with technology, including software applications and internet functions.
A genuine interest in helping others, with the ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong listening skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, whether in-office or remotely.
Knowledge or interest in self-defense and firearms is a plus but not required.
Training and Development:
Comprehensive 8-week paid training covering product knowledge, system tools, sales, and service techniques.
Preparation and support for obtaining your Producer Property and Casualty License.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time positions with flexible shifts, including afternoon, evening, and weekend options.
Competitive starting salary of $18.00/hour+, with potential for premiums based on work schedule. Eligibility for company incentive plans.
Option to work from our beautiful headquarters or remotely.
