Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25/hr
Shift: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday - Friday with overtime as needed

What's a typical day as a Customer Service/Order Processing Associate? You'll be:
• Responsible for entering orders/data and managing customer service issues
• Supporting the sales department and assisting accounting with basic bookkeeping tasks
• Interacting with customers to document and resolve complaints and issues
• Managing freight billing and credit card analysis
• Managing customer websites/portals
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Have experience with order entry and customs/shipping documentation
• Are experienced with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Are proactive with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Have a professional phone demeanor and communication skills
• Have 1-2 years of accounting experience or an Associate degree (a plus)
