Job Description:
Bristol-Myers Squibb is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, confident, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the phone- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service role- Hardworking and confident attitude- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent
