As a Customer Service Manager at McKesson, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives who work remotely from their homes in the Los Angeles, California area. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes- Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members- Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:- 5 years of experience in a customer service role- Driven and resilient personality traits- Strong cooperation and communication skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment- Experience managing a remote team is a plus- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
