Job Description:

Time Warner Cable is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work from home in Chicago, Illinois. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in customer service processes.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service management- Conduct regular meetings with the customer service team to communicate goals and provide feedback

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field- 6+ years of experience in customer service management- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and empower a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Passionate and resilient attitude towards customer service- Strategic planning and negotiation skills- Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems
