Job Description:

Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a leading media and entertainment company, we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual with at least 5 years of experience in customer service. This position is perfect for an Associate Level professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Managing a team of customer service representatives- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures- Resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing strategies to improve as needed- Analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Conducting training sessions for customer service representatives- Project management to drive continuous improvement in customer service operations- Handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions- Project management experience is a plus- Energetic and motivated personality- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
