Job Description:

UiPath is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and effective manner- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve customer service skills- Compile and present reports on customer service performance to senior management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Proven experience in customer service management- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Presentation skills
