Pay rate: $12 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience.

Discount for services Free oil change Summary: You will provide excellent customer service. Meet with customers to discuss automotive needs, enter information into computer. Process payments. Assure safety standards are met in the various aspects of the oil change, fluid level maintenance process as well as verify that all aspects of the oil change have been done properly to ensure customer and vehicle safety. You may also assist in detail service, checking tire pressure, or other services to keep a clean and safe work area.
What you will do: Great customers and learn how to create work orders. Answer customer questions and process payments. Assist in the various aspects of the oil change, fluid level, and maintenance process. Verify all aspects of the oil change have been properly completed to ensure vehicle and customer safety. Cleaning office area, assisting customers, cleaning cars, other duties as needed. What you will need: High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication skills Positive attitude and be ready to learn. Current Driver's License Must be able to pass a drug test. Physical dexterity to perform tasks that may require bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting. Standing for large periods of time. About Us: We have 4 Jiffy Lubes and 5 Jiffy Lube MultiCare locations (tires, brakes, mechanical repairs) within the Knoxville, Clinton, Alcoa, and Maryville areas. We are seeking smiling faces that enjoy working on cars and/or interacting with customers depending on your job duties. We will train you for this role. A valid driver's license is required to be considered for the position. You must be able to pass a drug test.
