Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our students, parents, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Provide information about the school's programs, services, and policies to prospective and current students and parents
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
- Assist with enrollment and registration processes for new and returning students
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Handle financial transactions, such as tuition payments and fee collections
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to pass a background check
