Responsibilities
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks• Sweeping/mopping interior areas• Maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Requirements
• Successful candidates come from customer service centered sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for travel between work locations• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments• Experience with retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
