Customer Service Director Location Provo, UT (Carterville area) : Taylor Andrews, a renowned beauty and cosmetology school, is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer service director. This position requires a minimum of three years of customer service experience and a strong focus on client/student experience. Customer service director, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk staff and Instructors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your exceptional organization and problem-solving skills will be essential in handling various challenges that may arise.
We are looking for someone with a solution-driven approach, who can effectively address any issues that may arise and find appropriate resolutions. Your positive personality will be a significant asset in fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for both staff and clients/students.
Setting achievable goals is crucial in any successful team, and you will be responsible for establishing and communicating these goals to your team. You will also play a vital role in hiring, training, and communicating with the front desk and dispense staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
At Taylor Andrews, we uphold a set of values and expectations, and as a Customer service director, you will be required to embody and enforce these. This includes demonstrating punctuality by arriving at work ten minutes before your shift, adhering to the dress code, and presenting yourself as a leader through your appearance and behavior.
Leading staff and student meetings will be part of your daily responsibilities, where you will discuss goals and agendas. Additionally, you will inspire and motivate our students through a daily meeting, reinforcing their commitment to excellence and education.
As a Customer service director, it is crucial to understand the importance of customer service and act as a role model for our clients, students, and staff. Providing excellent customer service is key, and you will also have the opportunity to teach customer service classes to further enhance these skills among our team members through our Prosper U program.
Interacting with students, clients, and staff is an essential aspect of this role. Your ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
We require a minimum of a high school education level for this position. However, additional training or certification in customer service or a related field would be advantageous.
