Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed
What you will be doing: Answering incoming calls Customer service with homeowners and commercial customers Scheduling service calls & dispatching technicians Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance accounts Maintaining customers database with current information Calling customers with lead time for service Scheduling return trips Logging warranties and rebates Working independently and as a team Daily use of ServiceTitan our cloud-based CRM software Qualifications / Skills: Impeccable customer service skills 2 + years related experience in an office setting in customer service, dispatching, project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience Sales experience Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills Microsoft Office software skills Data Entry skills of 40 WPM + Organizational skills and high attention to detail Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) service, service dispatcher, dispatcher, customer service, scheduling, appointment scheduler, customer rep, admin, administrative assistant, administrative person, receptionist, hvac dispatcher, dispatch, technical, green company, team, coordinator, service coordinator, call scheduler, answer phones, service customers, team coordinator
