MUST BE LOCATED IN 20 MILE RADIUS OF LANSING, MICHIGAN This role is Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
As a Customer Service Agent , you will provide excellent customer service to clients assisting with their energy business . Primary responsibilities include taking calls, taking customer orders, and providing issue resolution and other type of back-office processing.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Entry Level Customer Service jobs:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 1-2 years of related experience
· Strong computer skills
· MUST have your own WIFI
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
· Must have strong data entry experience
· Type 40 wpm
· Must be familiar with Office Works Programs

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
