Customer Service Attendant Location Goose Creek, SC : Time To Shine Car Wash is looking for Customer Service Attendants! An idea of what we are looking for in an attendant is: Someone who enjoys helping customers and does so with a smile! Must be able to work on any day morning or evening. Must be able to stay on your feet all day regardless of the weather (hot, cold or wet). Must have a High School diploma or GED. Must be able to work individually as well as part of a team! Must be reliable and motivated! We have a strict attendance policy that we adhere to. Must be willing to work overtime if needed. Must be able to work without their cell phone, we have a strict cell phone usage policy while on the clock. Must have reliable transportation. The starting pay for this position is $15/hour upon hire. Once your training period is over (30-90 days based on performance) you have the opportunity to make up to $17/hour.

Monitoring the overall process of a customer experience, starting from pay station to tunnel exit. Ensuring that every experience with the wash is consistent with quality standards and assisting customers with questions and concerns as needed. Create a positive environment by using exceptional customer service skills. Assisting customers at pay stations in buying single washes and attempting to grow a consistent customer base by selling unlimited wash club memberships. Loading cars onto the equipment in the tunnel, ensuring the safety of fellow team members and monitoring the distance between vehicles to minimize the potential for collisions and damages. Working closely with team members and management to assist wherever needed and complete all site duties as outlined by site management and company standards. Maintain facility appearance with various cleaning duties and lot upkeep. Report any issues with equipment. Applicant must have: Excellent verbal communication skills.
