Job Description:

NVIDIA is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working remotely from their home in San Jose, California.

Responsibilities:1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.3. Providing product information and assistance to customers.4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.5. Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Utilizing persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.7. Managing customer projects and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:1. 3+ years of experience in customer service roles.2. Independent and dedicated work ethic.3. Strong persuasion and project management skills.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Ability to work remotely and independently.6. Knowledge of customer service software, such as CRM systems.7. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
