Customer Service Associate

Job description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. We are specifically seeking candidates who are adaptable and motivated, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office suite and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
