Time Warner Cable is seeking a reliable and resourceful Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, and in person.2. Provide accurate information about products and services, billing, account maintenance, and technical support.3. Process customer orders, payments, and service requests efficiently and accurately.4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner.5. Maintain customer records and documentation in our database system.6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using computers and customer service software.6. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.7. Must be reliable, resourceful, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
