Teamwork.About the JobAs a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to us, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer's transportation needs, and assist appropriatelyInteract with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)Deliver a simple customer experience with every interactionTrouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard proceduresBecome a knowledge expertShifts: This position is specifically for graveyard shift.RequirementsAmerican Logistics is proud to employ a diverse workforce.
