Responsibilities
• Suggesting additional services to guests based on inspection and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations• Interacting with people face-to-face and working as part of a customer-focused team• Learning and growing in the role• Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds• Being cross-trained as a top-side technician• Working with hands above your head• Standing for extended periods of time and climbing stairs• Working in a non-climate-controlled environment• Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
