Responsibilities
• Fully involved in sales and customer experience activities, both virtual and in-store• Prepare titles, loan documents, and take down payments• Demonstrate vehicle features and provide solutions to customers• Delegate tasks and responsibilities• Execute administrative responsibilities and company directives• Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate potential customers• Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets• Open/close the dealership• Assist with inventory management and dealership workflow/operations• Execute various phases of the sale process
Requirements
• Associate or bachelor's degree or relevant work experience• 3+ years of customer service, sales, or retail industry experience• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record• Must be at least 18 years old• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
