Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. Educate customers about company products, services, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer relations. Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
