Position: Customer Operations Manager Location: Reno, NV Employment Type: Full-time About Us:

an administrative office in Reno, NV. As a local, independent entity, we pride ourselves on our
neighborly approach, specializing in the safe, responsible, and efficient collection and processing of solid
waste. Our commitment to excellent service and pragmatic innovation drives us to meet the demands of
our unique environment and ever-changing industry. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and
strategic individual to join our team in the role of Communications and Process Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Lead the customer relations strategy with a focus on process improvement. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing a customer-focused mindset among team members for optimal service delivery and process efficiency.
Jurisdictional Liaison and Communication Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for jurisdictional stakeholders and escalated customer relations, ensuring clear and decisive communication.
Maintain the highest standard of customer service excellence, providing thoughtful and effective solutions to inquiries, concerns, and feedback, as the ultimate custodian of
customer satisfaction.
Process Engineering and Optimization: Manage and refine customer service processes, aiming for streamlined operations and efficient software integration.
Maintain detailed call center data records and analyze data to support process improvement initiatives.
Analyze trends in customer feedback to drive innovation and process enhancements. Develop training materials and procedures related to operations, accounting, and customer service.
Research, Analysis, and Financial Oversight: Perform in-depth analysis related to customer accounts and manage financial aspects with precision.
Oversee budgeting, financial assessments, and reconciliations related to customer service operations.
Contract Administration and Management Manage contract administration and policy development, ensuring accurate fulfillment and clear communication of contractual obligations internally and with partners.
Letter Writing, Proofreading, and Process Development: Support excellent written communication, from drafting professional and articulate responses to customer concerns to meticulous proofreading for error-free documentation.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid accounting background or managerial accounting skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proven experience in customer service or a related role. Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis. Proficiency in letter writing and proofreading. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to learn and navigate custom billing software. Utilize Microsoft Office 365 for day-to-day communication and documentation. Above all, a problem solving mindset. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Excellent Excel abilities. Previous experience in customer service, complaint resolution, or related roles. Leadership or managerial experience. Experience with CRM Products. Benefits:
