Responsibilities
• Oversee creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master data• Develop and implement processes for data integrity and consistency• Conduct audits and reviews of customer data to rectify inaccuracies• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data quality issues• Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards• Collaborate with other departments to align data requirements• Provide expertise on customer data-related matters• Deliver training programs on data management best practices• Work closely with IT to integrate customer master data across systems
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in data management, with focus on customer master data• 2+ years management experience• CRM software experience, particularly Salesforce• ERP experience, particularly D365• Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices• Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
