• Connect with patients via phone, text, and email• Collect and record patient information• Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments• Educate patients on Serenity's treatments• High School Diploma/ GED• Strong customer service mindset• Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication• Basic math skills• Connecting patients with life-saving treatments
