Customer Experience Representative II Location Loveland, CO : Manufacturer Nordson MEDICAL has an immediate opening for a Customer Experience Representative II, paying $21.00-$22.50 hour with benefits starting DAY 1! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrates strong customer passion, meeting, and exceeding expectations, while providing a best-in-class experience to our customers. Courteously and promptly resolves customer questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate personnel. As needed, works with accounts receivable to ensure proper order processing. Work with internal team on customer experience initiatives. Demonstrating proficiency with our computer systems and software. Ability to adjust and respond to a fast-paced operation. Responsible for taking calls from customers and for first call resolution with orders, shipping delays, including customer and product questions. Take ownership of customer requests, drives actions to completion in an accurate and timely manner. Manage customer email desk and overall communications via website requests. Maintains an understanding of the online ordering process to support online customer issues. Complete scheduled and ad hoc reports for customers as requested. Work with Customer Experience Manager to identify areas for improvement based on customer feedback and feedback from the Sales team. Maintains an understanding of the online ordering process to support online customer issues. Provides support to the internal Sales team, domestic and international. Reviews customer order patterns for trends and makes recommendations as needed to sales team. Responsible for taking calls from customers and for first call resolution with orders, shipping delays, etc. Enters customer support issues into the ERP software, resolves or escalates customer support issues. Assists with Technical Support, and answers general technical related customer questions as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years customer service work experience Preferred Skills and Abilities Self-starter and ambitious learner who is comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environment. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills with a passion to support customers. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write clear, concise, and courteous correspondence to both coworkers and customers. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization. Basic math skills. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions etc. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Basic data entry skills. Ability to remain calm and courteous in tense situations. Strong customer service skills. Strong typing skills. Ability to analyze data and sales trends, and make recommendations to management. Computer Skills: Proficient in use and navigation of Windows operating system in a networked environment. Functional understanding of Outlook E-mail, Word and Excel. Internet navigation proficiency. Salesforce experience preferred.
