Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years of management experience in customer service and/or sales, with a track record of driving success and satisfaction. Proven ability to lead and manage teams for at least 2 years, inspiring and guiding members towards greatness. Expertise in managing systems, processes, and people, optimizing operations and ensuring smooth functioning. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective connection with individuals at all levels, internally and externally. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software, harnessing their full potential through tech-savviness.
