Description SPS Commerce is growing- We are looking for a Customer Experience Designer to join our Training and Education team. As a Customer Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and building material based on content provided internally by the Customer Success team. The Day-to-Day The Customer Experience Designer ensures the customer experience aligns with company branding, team methodology, and industry design best practices. As a Customer Experience Designer, you will use Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud applications to create content and you will seek to improve customer satisfaction in all phases of their journey with SPS Commerce.
Provide packaged production files for review by subject matter experts Utilize established pattern library and branding requirements for foundational elements in all designs Ensure designs provide a consistent experience and feel to customers Consult with subject matter experts, suggest experience collateral, and provide guidance Identify all needed design collateral for assigned projects Create storyboards/ new designs with fellow designers and subject matter experts where needed Collaborate with management on work prioritization Work collaboratively within the Training & Education team, as well as build internal partnerships across the organization Education and Experience College degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum 2 years of experience in design, training, or related field Expert in one area of Adobe Creative Suite (Print / Video) Experience working in teams and completing tasks in a highly collaborative setting Experience in print design, graphic design, or web design Copywriting experience Experience with Articulate Storyline highly preferred Experience in video editing, motion graphics, compositing, audio mixing, or editing highly preferred EOE including disability / veteran SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more. #LI-HYBRID
