As part of this dynamic team, we're currently seeking an Associate Customer Experience Agent to join us.
As an Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in embodying our ethos of "Wondrous Hospitality through Deep-Rooted Trust" within our Customer Experience department. This role hinges on building friendly and supportive connections with our clients through various channels including email, phone, and live chat, ensuring they feel welcomed and guided throughout their Lensrentals journey. Successful Agents excel at forging meaningful connections and resolving challenges with creativity. Your responsibilities will include accurately managing orders, interpreting order and shipment data, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient prioritization. You'll serve as the frontline representation of Lensrentals' support, providing a positive initial impression to our clients. Flexibility and agility are key in this role, as we strive to deliver a cohesive experience to our customers. Our Agents operate within a hybrid model, combining both in-office and remote work arrangements. As an Associate level team member, you'll undergo comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped for success.
