Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in finding products and providing product information. Inform all associates of floor temperature. (Hot, Warm, Cold Floor) Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Identify Customer Types as they enter the store. (Mission, Browser, Project Customer) Radio for additional customers to help customers as required. Assist customers if all other associates are busy.
