Location: Jerry Hunt Supercenter, 418 Piedmont Drive Lexington Nc 27295 Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, with one day off) Jerry Hunt Supercenter is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing vehicles for appointments, identifying customer needs, and maintaining an organized vehicle lot.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for customer appointments, ensuring they are clean and presentable. Identify customer needs and preferences to provide personalized service. Organize vehicles on the lot efficiently for easy access and retrieval. Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications:
