Job Description:

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to work remotely from Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.2. Assist customers with product and service information, order processing, and issue resolution.3. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer interactions.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions.5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.6. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries.

Requirements:1. Resilient and motivated individual with a strong commitment to customer service.2. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.6. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
