At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are seeking part-time Customer Care Specialists, a position that is vital to our company's success. Whether you are in school or just need a second job for some extra cash, we offer flexible schedules. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and by applying the problem-solving skills developed during our three weeks of paid training. This role provides you the opportunity to build and use your strong communication abilities and expand your career by learning about the business.

This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
 
Available hours: Hours are available Monday-Friday between 7am-9pm. A minimum of 8 hours of availability per week is required. Compensation: $15 / hour
Next available start date: Monday, August 7
Training: You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday.
Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc. Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers Basic computer and typing skills Energetic and positive attitude Ability to multi-task Previous customer service experience is preferred #LI-AF1
