Job Description:
Ashland is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Customer Care Specialist at Ashland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Process customer orders and returns- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate customer records and account information- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products- Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer care processes
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or related field- Driven and independent personality traits- Strong project management skills- Excellent decision-making abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
