Job Description:
Land O'Lakes is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assist with order processing, tracking, and delivery- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service quality- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
