Yum Brands is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from your location in Houston, Texas, US. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customers' concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
