The Opportunity:
Position: Customer Care Representative
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Shift Requirements: Must be available for weekend or evening shifts
Salary: $15.87 per hour
What You Will Do:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be at the forefront of providing telephonic support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include helping families find child/elder care resources and assisting customers with employer-based tuition assistance programs. This role involves receiving frequent inbound calls and making outbound calls throughout the day, ensuring high-quality support and assistance.
Who You Are:
Education: High School Diploma required
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), strong telephonic troubleshooting ability, exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills
Other Requirements: Ability to quickly learn various computer-based case management systems, schedule flexibility for evenings and/or weekends, and partial holiday coverage
