Job Description:
Desktop Metal is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The successful candidate will be driven and dedicated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and technical support to customers- Process customer orders and returns- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service roles- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Driven and dedicated attitude towards customer care- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
